Plated Copper nozzle for filament 1.75mm - 0.6mm

These nozzles are designed to achieve the best performance at high temperatures.

Made from a special high-temperature copper alloy with a softening point well above 500 ° C, and with much higher thermal conductivity, these silver-plated copper nozzles are perfect for high-temperature applications, while working perfectly with basic filaments such as PLA and ABS.

In addition to high temperature performance, these nozzles have advanced nickel-based plating, greatly reducing the adhesion of the plastic to the nozzle. This is ideal for basic filaments, but is especially important at temperatures above 300 °C where a silicone sock cannot be used.

Copper has more than 3 times the thermal conductivity of brass, and the copper alloy used has been hardened and treated to reduce the oxidation that occurs in copper at high temperatures. The higher thermal conductivity will also slightly increase your warm-up times and can provide tighter temperature control.

This copper alloy is very temperature resistant, and will not start to soften or anneal until much over 500 ° C, making it perfect for high temperature printing that other nozzles cannot handle.
