Ordered parts for Voron 2.4 350x350 kit. Parts were of great quality and the shipping was fast!
Hello there, I would start by congratulating you for the packaging, everything arrived safely and intact.
Regarding the parts I could not say that I am very satisfied with the quality of the prints. There is visible over extrusion and the walls are not looking very good on most of the parts. I was expecting very good quality for the price I paid but what I got did not meet the expectations. I made an YouTube video showcasing the components and I got quite a bit of feedback regarding the poor quality of the parts. The good thing is that the tolerances of the parts are spot on and I can build the printer using them. After I have the printer up and running I will reprint the components myself and I think I will make a comparison video on my YouTube channel.
The quality of the parts approaches injection molding. Very good and complete. The sorting and labelling of the parts according to construction steps is a nice addition that I have not seen anywhere else. Extremely satisfied.
Shipping was fast and the packaging was good for protecting the parts.
For the parts itself:
Layer adhesion and the print quality itself is quite good, no blobbing, layers look good and also most overhangs look good, but spotted some overhangs that looks slightly droopy .
There are 2 different build plate martials used, one textured and one smooth one, they look both good.
On some parts there is a slight elephant foot, nothing a deburring tool can't solve, seems like that also way somewhat intentional to get the "glossy finish" on the build plate side
There are some parts that are slightly warped at the corner, its also can be seen on the parts that were printed on the smooth build plate (they are less shiny on the corners). Seems like there was a bit of shrinkage, (temperature to low, cooldown fast?) The top of the parts are good, no warping and the look good (ironing was applied).
Still sourcing the screws, so it takes some time until I can assemble them.
Quality of printed parts look quite good, not started assembly yet.

Parts look really good, no warping or delamination and during build I did not have any major issue. Only few holes for screws were little bit larger for the screw to cut thread into the part, but this was solved with a little bit of superglue.
Las piezas no son perfectas estéticamente (tienen mucho ghosting) pero físicamente están bien y encajan a la perfección, no necesitan ningún tipo de postprocesado. Algunas tienen un ligero warping pero no afecta a su uso. Si no quieres esperar meses por las piezas PIF este kit es bastante recomendable por 100€.
