PT100 temperature sensor for high temperature and high accuracy, to be used in place of a thermistor or thermocouple. They are capable of measuring higher temperatures than thermistors (up to 300ºC), and are more accurate than thermistors and thermocouples in general.
Note that this is not a thermistor and unless your printer electronics support specific RTD sensing devices, you need an adapter.
