This throat stands out for its high quality and good performance thanks to its precise manufacture with two materials: stainless steel and copper.

The Bimetal Heatbreak throat has two materials with different thermal conductivity. It is made up of 3 parts, using a special process to hold them firmly together.

Advantages:

  • The central tube is made of polished stainless steel, with an internal diameter of 1.9mm, so that it avoids material backflow problems.
  • Copper is a material with a high thermal conductivity, so using it we obtain: in the hot zone, which transmits the temperature very efficiently; and that in the cold zone, dissipate the temperature effectively.
  • The temperate zone has been reduced considerably.

The temperate zone is very fine, so we recommend taking caution when tightening the components.
