I have bought a printer from orballo printing. But unfortunately all printed parts was terrible, some of the parts were break and had missing parts. I made a claim but no respond. Thank you for making my printer work. The quality of parts a perfect. For Spain to japan took about 8days (2weeks to 4weeks as a lead time). I really suggest buying a printer or parts from here. The response from staff was good.
