HTA3D will select the most suitable carrier or shipping service according to the destination, shipment characteristics and available service.
Order Preparation and Delivery
Products purchased through our store will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Door-to-door courier services will be used whenever the selected service and local delivery conditions allow it.
If, due to circumstances specific to the recipient, country or region, the carrier is unable to complete delivery to the address provided, HTA3D cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect costs resulting from those circumstances.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, items are available from stock. Most orders are processed within the first 24-48 hours.
For 3D-printed parts, we keep stock of the most common kits and combinations. Due to the large number of models, colours and possible configurations, certain variants may require an additional preparation time of approximately 24-48 hours.
If any of the products ordered are temporarily unavailable, HTA3D may arrange a partial shipment at no additional cost to the customer, provided this is a suitable solution.
