Each item includes 1 hour of service, from a specialized technician, this service can be offered:

• In person, maximum 1 appointment per hour purchased.
• By phone or video call, maximum 2 appointments per hour purchased (for example 20 + 40 minutes).
• By e-mail, maximum 3 e-mails written for each hour purchased.
