Limitless FDM 3D Printing

High-complexity, large-format technical parts with a heated chamber, large build volume, and multi-material capabilities.
Heated chamber: key for technical materials
Heated chamber: key for technical materials

A heated chamber maintains a stable temperature throughout the printing process, preventing issues such as warping or cracking, especially in technical materials. It is key for successfully printing larger parts, as it reduces internal stress and improves layer adhesion. The result is more durable, precise, and reliable parts, even in long and demanding print jobs.

Large build volume: up to 40×40×72 cm
Large build volume: up to 40×40×72 cm

A large build volume allows the production of bigger parts in a single print, without the need for assembly. With dimensions up to 40×40×72 cm, it expands design possibilities for prototyping, functional parts, and industrial projects.

It also improves structural strength, reduces assembly time, and enables the efficient manufacturing of more complex parts.

Multi-material and multi-colour printing: more functionality in a single part
Multi-material and multi-colour printing: more functionality in a single part

Multi-material and multi-color printing allows the combination of different materials and colors in a single part, expanding design and functional possibilities by integrating properties such as rigidity, flexibility, and thermal resistance.

This reduces post-assembly, improves process efficiency, and enables the production of more advanced parts for technical and industrial applications.

Catalog of materials

We offer a large catalog of materials from the best brands. In addition, specialized advice on which material is ideal for your project.
PLA
PLA

The most widely used material in 3D printing, biodegradable and easy to process, offering high precision results. Ideal for decorative models and large indoor parts.

It features high rigidity, so it is not recommended for outdoor use or harsh environmental conditions.

Technical PLA 3D850 and 3D870
Technical PLA 3D850 and 3D870

It offers better mechanical properties than standard PLA, with higher impact resistance and slightly improved flexibility.

Ideal for indoor mechanical parts, prototypes, and moderately demanding applications, when better performance is needed without using advanced technical materials.

PETG
PETG

A material that represents a major advancement in 3D printing. It is slightly more demanding to print than PLA, but delivers high precision and excellent surface finish.

It offers properties similar to ABS, with greater flexibility and improved impact resistance.

Ideal for mechanical and functional parts, such as 3D printer components, suitable for indoor use and some outdoor applications.

ABS y ASA
ABS y ASA

Materials that are more demanding to process, especially in large-format parts, although they deliver excellent results in small technical components.

They stand out for their high impact resistance, chemical resistance, and moisture resistance. In the case of ASA, it also offers UV resistance, making it ideal for outdoor use.

Thanks to our heated printers, these materials can be processed with greater stability and quality.

Flexible
Flexible

We offer flexible materials with different Shore hardness levels, adapted to each application. We can work up to Shore 70A, from slightly flexible parts to highly elastic components.

Ideal for seals, shock absorbers, protective parts, and components requiring impact absorption or controlled deformation.

Technical materials: HIPS, PP, PA, and reinforced composites
Technical materials: HIPS, PP, PA, and reinforced composites

Our catalog is not limited to standard materials. We also work with technical materials such as HIPS, polypropylene (PP), different types of nylon —including reinforced nylons— and carbon fiber reinforced PETG, among others.

These materials are designed for demanding applications where improved mechanical properties, chemical resistance, or lower weight are required.

Tell us what you need for your final part and we will advise you to choose the most suitable material.

Considerations

What file types can I send?

We accept files in STL, OBJ, and STEP formats, which are standard for 3D printing. Most design software allows you to export these formats easily.

What should the 3D model be like?

  • The model must be a closed mesh (no holes or errors)
  • Avoid unnecessary complex geometries or “floating” parts
  • The recommended minimum wall thickness is 0.8 mm

If we detect any issues, we will notify you before printing.

Do you need to modify my design?

This 3D printing service is intended for already designed parts. If you need help designing them, no problem—we also offer a 3D modeling service. Feel free to contact us and we’ll help you.

If we identify any necessary improvements, we will inform you before manufacturing.

Recommendations for sending files

  • Always specify material, color, and quantity if needed
  • Use millimeters for all dimensions
  • Use clear file names: part-1.stl, support-part.stl
  • If there are multiple units, make sure to specify it so we can take it into account
  • If different materials are required, please indicate that as well
  • Send everything in a single .zip file or via a cloud link

Important tip

The clearer your files and instructions are, the faster we can provide a quote and manufacture your part.

Comparison between a digital STL model and its 3D printed part

How to request a 3D print

  1. Send us your 3D file, preferably in STL format. Please contact us first if you use a different format.
  2. Specify the required quantity, dimensions or scale and intended use.
  3. Include any material, colour, strength or finish requirements.
  4. We will review the project and send you a quotation in under 24 hours.

Model review

Before preparing the quotation, we assess factors that may affect the result, including part size, wall thickness, overhangs, support requirements, printing orientation and delicate geometry. If the file requires further development, we may recommend our 3D modelling service.

A quotation tailored to your project

Price and lead time depend on part volume, machine time, quantity, material and any additional operations required. Manufacturing is subject to file review, material availability and prior acceptance of the quotation.

Please note

  • This service is intended for customers who already have a printable 3D model.
  • Creating or modifying the model is not included unless specifically stated in the quotation.
  • Achievable tolerances and surface finish depend on the geometry and agreed manufacturing process.
