Great kit! Assembly is quite easy and video instructions are very helpful. There may be minor differences with what you will actually receive as you can select different parts. Of course, some printed or PDF instructions of assembly (something like you get with LEGO kits) would be even better.
Support via email is very good! Answers are fast and to the point.
I've ordered kit with 12x Igus DryLin bushings and it seems that they are too tight for the rods. Had to change X axis to normal ball bearing from local shop to make it slide better.

I ordered the printer mid November. It took about a week to ship it to Belgium.
Build time was about 25 hours, using the video guide and some support by email. Printer worked from the first print, and results are excellent.
I'm extremely happy with the device and the support. Highly recommended.

This is a reliable printer and excellent quality. The service is prompt and friendly. I have to say these things because they deserve publicity. When customers are happy there is no more to say. This printer works fine. Missing Manual, but the videos are enough to build it. This printer and it is always very precise printing. I recommend everyone HTA3D.

Tenía dudas a la hora de elegir una tienda donde comprar mi impresora 3D y finalmente me decanté por HTA3D.
Ahora que ya la tengo montada, no me arrepiento de haber elegido este opción y estoy seguro de que ha sido la mejor elección.
Durante el montaje he tenido varias dudas que han sido atendidas de forma inmediata y concisa.
Algunas de estas dudas eran debido a que las piezas enviadas no se correspondían con las que aparecen en los vídeos y una vez colocadas en la impresora, entendía que el cambio era una mejora que facilitaría el montaje y / o ajuste (como el soporte del eje "Y") lo que implica que siguen mejorando el modelo continuamente.
Tengo varios conocidos que también quieren entrar en este mundo de las impresoras 3D, y por supuesto les voy a recomendar esta impresora, tanto por el producto en si, como por la atención que ofrecen.

Las pedi para el montaje de la Box Frame en mi canal de Youtube. La calidad de impresión es muy buena. Hubo un par de piezas que llegaron rotas por la colocación dentro de la caja y el trato que recibió por la mensajería. Pero no tuvieron problemas en volver a enviarme otras piezas sin ningún coste adicional. Se nota la experiencia que tienen vendiendo este articulo, tanto aquí en la WEB como en eBay.

Producto inmejorable a un precio muy ajustado, la impresora llego muy bien empaquetada, todo en su cajita debidamente protegido con mucho mimo. Montarla y calibrarla no me llevo mas de 12 horas, eso si dejando todo debidamente montado y colocando a conciencia todo el cableado a mi gusto. Una vez hecho esto tan solo me llevo un par de pruebas de impresión dejarla perfectamente calibrada.
La mejor compra realizada, y que decir del servicio post venta... ESPECTACULAR!!!! mandas un mail y a los pocos minutos ya tienes la respuesta con un trato cordial e insuperable!!! Para mi un 10, y sin duda recomendaré la tienda a mas gente! Muchisimas gracias por ayudarme a meterme en este mundillo 3d de vuestra mano y con la atención recibida. Un saludo y gracias de nuevo
