Description

The v6 Heater Block has been upgraded to clamp both the heater cartridge and thermistor firmly in is place. These design improvements improve the thermal response of the Hotend and make thermistor assembly easier.

This product also comes with the following fixings:

1pc with M3x0.5x3 to clamp thermistor and M3x0.5x10 socket dome screw to clamp heater cartridge.

Compatibility:

V5 and V6 heater blocks are compatible, both use an M6 thread. Note that V6 heater blocks are 0.5mm shorter than V5.

Una calidad muy buena teniendo en cuenta el precio.

Los calcetines perfectos, ajustan todas las solapas sin problema, un gusto.

Los bloques no tienen el mejor mecanizado que he visto, pero ajustan muy bien y no me han dado ningún problema hasta ahora.

Estoy encantado con el funcionamiento la impresora.
Se debería mejorar el ruido de fondo del ventilador de la fuente de alimentación.
Hay dos piezas del chasis (opción inoxidable) que tendrían que ser simétricas y no iguales, para tener la parte pulida vista en las dos.
La opción inoxidable (la que yo escogí) debería incluir tornillos inoxidables, no tiene mucha importancia, pero sería lo lógico.
Recomiendo desbarbar la parte no pulida del chasis para evitar pequeñas rebabas producidas por el corte, por otra parte muy preciso, encaja todo a la perfección.
Pensé que la montaría en dos o tres horas, pero tardé mucho más (es mi primera impresora, no tenía ninguna experiencia).
Menos mal que está todo bien documentado.
Se debería añadir alguna funda textil para ordenar los cables, los cables de la cama si que llevan una funda plástica, pero a mi no me gustan ese tipo de fundas de plástico.
El proceso de pedido y la logística impecable.

Hi, my overall experience was OK, I hade only one issue, The tempered Borosilicate Glass that I ordered was 214X214X3mm, but the one I've received was 213x200x3mm.
Beside that everything was find, prices, comunication and shipment time.

Tenga en cuenta, por favor, la situación provocada por el COVID-19. Además el jueves y viernes santo no han sido días laborables.Teniendo esto en cuenta el pedido se preparó en menos de 48h laborables y el envío tardó 1 día en llegar.

Muy buena mejora con respecto al anterior, cuyos termistores casi daba miedo tocarlos. Ahora la lectura de temperatura es más estable y oscila menos de 1º durante la impresión
