Order
Choose your products and complete checkout with your delivery details.

Usually a few minutes. We check your order and payment. A security review or a PayPal payment hold can make this stage take longer.

Usually under 24 hours. For available items requiring no extra preparation, once order and payment checks are complete.

The carrier collects your parcel. Its estimated transit time starts here and depends on the service and destination.

Check the parcel and products on arrival. If anything is wrong, contact us so we can help.

Your feedback
After delivery, you will receive a satisfaction survey by email. Taking part is optional and helps us improve.
Allow for checks, preparation and transport when estimating arrival. A “24 h” service refers to estimated transit after dispatch, rather than the time since you placed your order.

Understanding delivery estimates
When preparation may take longer
Check each product page for availability and any specific preparation requirements. Items requiring manufacture, handling or configuration may take longer.
Some 3D-printed parts may need approximately 24–48 additional hours, depending on the model, colour or configuration. Where appropriate, we may arrange a partial delivery at no extra cost.
When transport may take longer
Carrier timings are estimates. Busy sales periods, logistics issues, weather, customs or other circumstances can delay delivery.
Public holidays and closures may also extend preparation time. If tracking reports a problem or delivery takes longer than expected, contact us with your order number.
Do you need it by a specific date? Contact us before ordering so we can assess feasibility and provide express confirmation. Usual timings do not guarantee an exact date, without affecting applicable statutory rights.
Preparation calendar
Public holidays and closures can extend usual timings. We follow the Andalusian working calendar and local public holidays in Estepona (Málaga).
