Collections and appointments
We are an online store with no walk-in retail shop. Collections are considered individually and always require our prior confirmation.
- Before placing your order, tell us which products and quantities you would like to collect, and your preferred date.
- We will assess availability, any preparation needed and whether collection can be arranged.
- If collection is possible, we will agree the date and conditions and explain how to place your order and collect it.
Technical advice, projects and in-person consultations: contact us so we can assess your requirements and arrange an appointment where appropriate. We do not offer facility tours or in-person assistance without prior confirmation.
