The most significant features of HPRO
High-Performance Hardware and Software
Our system is built on a powerful Raspberry Pi 4, paired with 64 GB Kingston storage and an Octopus PRO 1.1 featuring an H723 processor running at up to 550 MHz. It is one of the most reliable and durable control boards available on the market.
On top of this top-tier hardware, we install a current version of native Klipper with MainsailOS, completely unrestricted and fully featured. All configuration files are fully editable and customizable, and updates can be performed easily and automatically.
We also include a comprehensive set of advanced macros for maximum versatility, with features such as intelligent print-area detection and localized bed leveling exclusively within that zone.
A unique XY motion system in the market.
Thanks to the exceptional structural rigidity of our machine, we are able to implement a motion system that is simpler, lighter, and far easier to maintain.
It delivers all the advantages of a CoreXY architecture, but with fewer moving components subject to wear, a completely flat belt path —with no crossings— and significantly reduced moving mass.
For build sizes above 350 mm, we also offer the Extended system, also known as the hybrid configuration.
This system incorporates two additional motors on the Y axis, providing enhanced stability for large-format machines. As a result, when scaling up the printer, you not only preserve precision —you actually increase it. The XY gantry and the extruder are driven by a total of four independent motors, effectively turning the system into a true “4×4”.
Resonance compensation is active and calibrated, so that we can increase the printing speed, minimizing its impact on the print finish.
In other words, we can print very fast without it being noticeable, or we can print at intermediate speeds with a surface finish equivalent to slow prints.
It also allows us to use higher accelerations without causing visible artifacts.
In addition to its low weight and compact size:
- It is one of the extruders that offers the best force-to-weight ratio. Weight reduced to ~135 grams.
- Stainless steel filament guide with a clearance of 0.2–0.3 mm relative to the drive gears for the best TPU printing experience and extreme wear resistance when using abrasive filaments.
- Housings resistant to high temperatures, GPA12. Extremely low play ~0.06 mm.
By default, we include the Orbiter, an open-source extruder that stands out for its excellent reliability and thrust/weight ratio.
In addition, we can offer other options:
-
HGX-Lite
Minimalist extruder, made of aluminium. Excellent heat dissipation and very good performance at a very reasonable price.
-
TBG-S
Compact extruder from TriangleLabs. With large diameter pulleys, it offers a significant improvement with flexible materials.
-
Nebula. Advanced extruder, including:
- Large diameter pulleys.
- Planetary gearing to provide over 6kg of thrust.
- Automatic filament detection and loading.
- RGB, removable front cover, and programmable button.
Break through the limits of volumetric flow.
With our printer, you can choose exactly the balance you need between melting capacity and precision.
To achieve the maximum volumetric speed, we offer the CHC XL: a 128 W hotend capable of melting up to 60 mm³/s of filament, and even more using the included flow extender. This is over six times the capacity of a traditional V6.
The Dragon ACE, with its 80 W of power, delivers up to 40 mm³/s of flow while maintaining an ultracompact form factor, ideal for setups that demand high performance without compromising space.
The Dragon HF is equivalent to a Volcano, but in a much more compact, durable design, featuring a bimetal heatbreak with exceptional machining. With 50 W of power, it reaches around 25 mm³/s, making it perfect for conservative configurations where precision takes priority.
Finally, the TZ-V6 offers solid performance while keeping component costs down. Lightweight and compact, it provides 40 W of power and a maximum flow of 20 mm³/s, making it the equivalent of what is commonly used in commercial 3D printers.
Linear guides are precision elements that offer a simpler, lighter and more precise assembly. These guides have less mechanical play than conventional linear bearings, suffer less wear and tear and are more resistant to the passage of time without backlash. They are the preferred solution for precision and high performance machines.
The HPRO features a robust chassis based on 3030 profiles, with high rigidity and stability. It is one of the key components to deliver such performance. In addition, it is equipped with 3060 brackets, which will minimize the possible oscillations that occur during high-speed printing. This structure design also allows for easy customization of the printing volume. Their geometric shape makes them ideal for printing farms, since they have a large printing volume compared to their physical volume.
We offer two leveling systems, each designed to meet different needs and preferences:
- Traditional 3D Touch
A lightweight and precise sensor that performs calibration through mechanical contact. It deploys a small probe that physically samples multiple points on the build surface.
This system is reliable and compatible with any surface, even non-magnetic ones such as glass. It can also detect materials like wood, fabric, or plastic.
- Eddy Sensor
A non-contact leveling solution that operates at very high speed with excellent precision. It is the most modern and advanced option available.
It works using an electromagnetic eddy-current sensor, which requires a metallic build surface—such as the flexible plates included with the printer.
Option for a fully enclosed chamber with active heating using a 350W PTC heater.
The closed chamber system with active heating maintains a stable temperature during printing, preventing warping and ensuring optimal layer adhesion. Ideal for technical and high-temperature materials, guaranteeing superior quality even for large or complex parts.
You can print high-temperature materials with the highest quality.
Auxiliary fans ensure uniform cooling, allowing for faster printing speeds and higher airflow without sacrificing precision or finish quality.
Clean and sharp results, even on complex or large parts.
Large format printing base, that will provide enough space to print your biggest projects. With enough power to reach up to 110ºC, and print PLA, PETG, ASA, ABS, etc. It can be configured with borosilicate tempered glass (ideal for technical plastics) and/or with magnetic strap, for convenience and general use. It is insulated at the bottom for greater energy efficiency.
The color touch screen offers a simple, comfortable and complete interface to manage our printer, from it we can among other things: -Configure our wifi network. -Control the printing status. -Manage our collection of Gcode files. -Use advanced functions such as "Exclude Objects".
Its electronics are widely configurable, and upgradeable, so it is ready for countless improvements and additions that may appear in the coming years.
Both Raspberry and Klipper are open source programs, practically everything that is compatible with Klipper will also be compatible with your HPRO.
Modular structure and configuration. It is designed to be easily expandable and configurable, we will soon offer more configuration options, such as new extruders and even multi-material printing systems.

Every component subject to wear or maintenance has been thoughtfully designed and positioned for easy access. With the HPRO, you can perform tasks like changing the nozzle with one hand or replacing a belt without removing a single screw.
The electronics are located at the back in an elevated position, allowing quick replacement of parts such as heaters, thermistors, or fans in just a few minutes.
In short: fast maintenance, no complications — engineered for professionals who value productivity over downtime.
