329 × 329mm MK3 ALU heated bed for 24V systems, with a declared 300 × 300mm effective area. It is intended for large-format printers and custom projects using a 320mm square mounting pattern.
The 3mm aluminium core combines the structural surface and heater circuit. Four corner holes and a front centre position allow a three-point arrangement to be considered.

Electrical sizing
This revision has no declared power rating. Measure cold resistance before applying power, then calculate I = 24 / R and P = 576 / R. Never copy a rating from another visually similar 300mm bed: small circuit differences can substantially change current.
Size the supply, fuse, wires, connectors and MOSFET with margin. The 24V 600W power supply is only an option after calculating total machine consumption, branch distribution and protection. If the controller cannot switch the resulting current, use a documented external DC power stage.
Sensor, mounting and surface
Install a compatible sensor near the thermal centre and verify its reading before enabling the bed. A 100K B3950 NTC with XH connector is conditional on mounting, pinout and firmware.
The 329 × 329mm borosilicate glass matches the plan dimensions but adds 4 to 4.5mm of height and substantial mass. Check moving-axis capacity, clips, travel, Z height and thermal response before installation.
Insulate the underside without covering pads or the sensor and provide strain relief. On a moving bed of this size, mass and inertia may require lower acceleration and a stiffer carriage.
Firmware and compatibility
Configure the actual sensor curve, power limits and thermal protection. With the final assembly, tune PID using M303 E-1 C8 S60 in Marlin, PID_CALIBRATE HEATER=heater_bed TARGET=60 in Klipper, or M303 H0 S60 in RepRapFirmware where applicable.
Conditionally compatible with printers and modified CNC machines accepting a 329 × 329mm plate, 300 × 300mm effective area, 320mm pattern, 24V and the measured current. It is not presented as a direct CR-10, Anycubic or other machine replacement without checking the carriage, holes, harness and controller revision.
