Model:
Diameter 24mm
Diameter 24mm Double V
Diameter 15mm (Small version)
POM wheel with a peripheral V-shaped groove and an integrated 625ZZ ball bearing. It is designed for mechanisms in which the wheel runs against a rail, edge or guide with a geometry matching this groove.
Unlike V-Slot wheels with a rounded or bevelled outer surface, this version has a clearly defined groove in the centre of its running surface. This difference must be checked before selecting it as a replacement.
Main features
- Guiding wheel with a peripheral V groove.
- POM outer body.
- Integrated 625ZZ ball bearing.
- Outer diameter: 24 mm.
- Overall width: 10.2 mm.
- V-groove width: 6 mm.
- Measured bore diameter: 4.9 mm.
- Designed for a nominal 5 mm axle.
- Bearing shielded with metal covers on both sides.
Dimensional drawing
The drawing shows the central V groove and the wheel's main dimensions. All measurements are expressed in millimetres.

Compatibility
Compatibility must be determined by checking the 24 mm diameter, 10.2 mm overall width, nominal 5 mm axle and the shape and width of the guide on which the groove will run.
This wheel must not be assumed to be interchangeable with every product described as a V-Slot wheel. A wheel running inside the bevelled edges of an aluminium profile may require a different outer surface from the concave groove used on this product.
On a carriage with a suitable mounting hole, adjustment may be provided by a 6 mm eccentric spacer for V-Slot systems. Spacer compatibility depends on the dimensions and machining of the carriage plate.
Differences from other wheels
If the system uses a 24 mm wheel with a bevelled outer running surface, consider the 24 mm V-Slot wheel with 625ZZ bearing.
For compact mechanisms designed around a 15 mm wheel, see the compact V-Slot wheel with MR115ZZ bearing. None of these variants should be selected based only on their axle diameter.
Installation and adjustment
Install the wheel on a nominal 5 mm axle or bolt, securing the bearing through its inner ring and leaving enough clearance for the POM body to rotate without lateral contact.
Align the groove with the guide before tightening the assembly. Misalignment can cause uneven wear, noise or increased rolling resistance. If an eccentric adjustment is available, apply only enough preload to remove play.
Typical applications
- Guiding systems using a V-shaped rail or edge.
- 3D printer motion carriages.
- Small CNC machines and engraving equipment.
- Linear mechanisms and automation systems.
- Replacement of 24 × 10.2 mm wheels with an equivalent groove.
