Compact wheel for compatible V-Slot guiding systems, manufactured from POM and fitted with an MR115ZZ bearing. Its 15 mm outer diameter makes it suitable for mechanisms designed around a smaller wheel than the common 24 mm formats.
The outer running surface has bevelled edges and a 5 mm central section. When using it as a replacement, the diameter, width, rail geometry and axle position must all match.

Compatibility
This wheel is intended for mechanisms designed around a 15 mm diameter, 8.8 mm wide wheel with a nominal 5 mm axle. It must not be used as a direct replacement for a 24 mm wheel simply because both use the same axle size.
The wheel profile, rail geometry, distance between the plate and profile and the position of any eccentric or fixed spacers must also be checked.
The 5 × 10 × 3 mm V-Slot spacers may form part of a mounting system using a 5 mm axle, but their thickness and outer diameter must match the specific carriage design.
Differences from other wheels
This is the compact version in the family. If the mechanism requires a 24 mm bevelled wheel, see the 24 mm V-Slot wheel with 625ZZ bearing, provided its dimensions match the design.
The 24 mm wheel with a peripheral V groove has a different running geometry and is not a direct replacement for this compact version.
Installation and adjustment
Install the wheel on a nominal 5 mm axle or bolt and use the required spacers to prevent contact between the wheel and mounting plate. The bearing should be retained through its inner ring without excessive lateral compression.
Adjust the pressure against the rail until play is removed while maintaining smooth movement. The wheel should not slip, visibly deform or produce excessive rolling resistance.
