DIMAFIX Pen Heated-Bed Adhesive for 3D Printing — 90 ml
Liquid DIMAFIX adhesive in an applicator-pen format for improving first-layer adhesion on FFF/FDM 3D printers with heated beds. The pen format allows precise, local application to the print area.
Its adhesive effect activates at approximately 60 °C and increases with bed temperature. When the surface cools below about 50-60 °C, adhesion decreases and the part can be removed more easily.

How to use it
Clean the surface and apply a thin coat only where the part will be printed. The required amount depends on the surface, material and geometry; avoid excess product to prevent excessive adhesion.
Set the bed temperature according to the filament and check the first layer. DIMAFIX Pen supports adhesion but does not replace cleaning, levelling or correct nozzle height.
After printing, wait for the bed to cool before removing the part. If residue remains, clean with water when compatible with the bed material and follow the instructions on the container.
