Large-format flexible spring-steel sheet coated with textured PEI on both sides, intended for a compatible 500 × 500 mm magnetic base. It includes the adhesive magnet for preparing the platform.
- Nominal size: 500 × 500 mm.
- Sheet material: flexible spring steel.
- Surface: textured PEI on both sides.
- Specified steel thickness: approximately 0.4 mm.
- Included: adhesive magnet for the base.
Due to its size, check platform flatness, full magnet support and clearance from the frame, sensors and toolhead. Similar dimensions alone are not sufficient.
Set the first layer carefully and wait until the sheet cools, preferably below 30 °C, before removing parts. Flex the steel gently to avoid damage.
Adhesion depends on material, bed temperature, levelling and cleaning. Test the surface before large prints or materials requiring specific conditions.
