The LM10LUU is a long recirculating-ball linear bearing designed for motion systems using calibrated 10 mm smooth shafts. Its 55 mm length provides a longer supporting surface than a standard LM10UU, making it suitable for carriages, platforms and mechanisms requiring extended linear guidance.

Compatibility
Designed for use with a calibrated 10 mm smooth shaft and a housing intended for a bearing measuring 19 mm in outer diameter and 55 mm in length.
A machine using 10 mm shafts is not automatically compatible. Housing diameter, available length, axial retention and surrounding clearance must also be checked.
Difference from a standard LM10UU
This long version measures 55 mm, whereas the standard LM10UU has a nominal length of 29 mm. They are not direct dimensional replacements and require different housings.
Installation recommendations
- Use a calibrated, clean and undamaged smooth shaft.
- Avoid clamping forces that may deform the outer sleeve.
- Provide suitable axial retention inside the housing.
- Carefully align parallel shafts and multiple bearings.
- Check the complete travel by hand before operating the motors.
The stated dimensions are nominal. For critical fits, measure the received unit before machining its housing.
