M10 zinc-plated steel threaded rod, supplied in the length selected by the customer. It can be used to prepare tie rods, joints, supports and customised structures without having to cut a complete bar.
It uses a standard coarse M10 × 1.5 metric thread, dimensionally compatible with M10 nuts and fastening components using the same standard pitch. The cut ends are filed to make it easier to start a nut.

How to order
- Select the range containing the required length.
- Enter the exact length in millimetres. For example, enter 320 mm for 32 cm or 500 mm for 0.5 m.
- Use the quantity field to specify the number of rods required.
- Add the product to the cart.
If the length field is left empty, the rod will be cut to the upper value of the selected range. If the entered measurement falls outside that range, it will be adjusted to the nearest valid value within the selected option. The minimum available length is 100 mm.
Cutting accuracy
Each rod is cut manually. The supplied length may be slightly longer than requested, but it will not be shorter. This small allowance enables final adjustment when a particularly precise finished length is required.
The ends are filed to make starting a nut easier. Nevertheless, check the beginning of the thread before final assembly, especially when using close-fitting nuts or delicate components.

Compatibility and selection
Compatible with nuts, washers and components using a standard coarse M10 × 1.5 metric thread. It must not be confused with M10 fine-pitch threads, which are not directly interchangeable.
It can be combined with our metric hex nuts and DIN 125 A / ISO 7089 flat washers, selecting the M10 option. For a smaller diameter, an M8 custom-cut threaded rod is also available.
Important information
This rod is primarily intended for fastening and mechanical construction. It is not equivalent to a trapezoidal motion lead screw: for repeated linear movement, a trapezoidal thread will generally provide more suitable operation, lower wear and greater efficiency.
The strength class and specific manufacturing tolerance are not declared. Loads and the strength of every component must be verified before use in structural, highly loaded or safety-critical assemblies.
