LM12LUU
The LM12LUU is a long linear ball bearing for guided motion on calibrated 12 mm smooth shafts. Its 57 mm cylindrical body provides a longer supporting surface than a standard LM12UU and can be integrated into 3D printers, CNC machines and automation projects with a suitable housing.

Compatibility
Suitable for use with a calibrated 12 mm smooth shaft and housings designed for the nominal 12 × 21 × 57 mm envelope.
Shaft diameter alone does not guarantee compatibility. Available length, housing diameter and axial retention must also be checked.
Long and standard versions
The standard LM12UU has a nominal length of 30 mm. This LM12LUU measures 57 mm and cannot be used as a direct replacement without changing or modifying the housing.
Installation and maintenance
- Do not use on threaded rods or uncalibrated bars.
- Keep the shaft clean, lubricated and free from corrosion or surface damage.
- Avoid excessive compression of the outer sleeve.
- Align shafts and bearings before final tightening.
- Check that the carriage moves smoothly over its full travel.
Internal clearances may vary between manufacturers and production batches. Measure the received unit before machining a housing without adjustment clearance.
