The LMK10LUU is a long square-flange linear bearing for guiding carriages and platforms on calibrated 10 mm smooth shafts. Its flange provides four mounting points for direct installation on a compatible plate.
Nominal reference dimensions
| Feature | Nominal dimension |
|---|---|
| Shaft diameter | 10 mm |
| Body outer diameter | 19 mm |
| Overall length | 55 mm |
| Flange outer dimension | 40 mm |
| Width across flats | 30 mm |
| Flange thickness | 6 mm |
| Mounting PCD | 29 mm |
| Mounting holes | 4 stepped holes, 4.5 × 8 × 4.4 mm reference |
The flange dimensions are nominal reference values for this bearing family. Small variations may exist between manufacturers or batches, so they should be checked before machining a precision mounting plate.
Compatibility
Dimensionally suitable for a calibrated 10 mm smooth shaft. If the project uses a separate cylindrical housing, see the long LM10LUU bearing without flange.
The flange contains through holes, not threaded holes. The PCD, external clearance, bearing length and shaft position relative to the plate must all match.
Installation recommendations
- Support the complete flange on a flat surface.
- Align the shaft before fully tightening the mounting screws.
- Tighten the screws gradually in a cross pattern.
- Do not use the motor to force movement through a tight spot.
- Keep the shaft clean and correctly lubricated.
