3010 12V axial fan with a 1 metre power cable. Its nominal 30 × 30 × 10 mm dimensions make it suitable for hotends, small heatsinks, electronics and other mechanisms with limited space.
The long cable simplifies connection where the controller is located away from the cooling point and allows the wiring route to be adapted to machines of different sizes.

Compatibility
It can replace another 3010 12V axial fan when the dimensions, mounting-hole pattern, available space, connector and polarity all match.
In 3D printers it can be used as a heatsink fan where the bracket is designed for a 3010 axial fan. Compatibility with a duct designed for a blower must not be assumed, as the two fan types have different shapes and outlet directions.
For 24V machines, see the 3010 24V axial fan with a 1 metre cable. For a construction better suited to extended operation, consider the GDSTIME 3010 12V dual ball bearing fan.
Installation and speed control
Check the 12V supply and polarity before connection. Power the fan from a suitable controller output or MOSFET stage.
When using PWM control, configure a minimum value that allows the rotor to start consistently. Reliable continuous airflow is normally important when cooling a hotend heatsink.
