220 × 220 mm PEI Flexible Sheet with One Smooth and One Textured Side
Flexible steel sheet coated with PEI on both sides: one surface is smooth and the other textured. Choose the finish that best suits the filament and the desired print result.
- Nominal size: 220 × 220 mm.
- Base: flexible spring steel.
- Surfaces: one smooth and one textured side.
- Specified steel thickness: approximately 0.4 mm.
- Use: compatible magnetic bed.
Check that your printer uses a magnetic base and accepts a 220 × 220 mm sheet. The base must remain clean and flat and clear the sensors, frame and toolhead.
Set the first layer carefully to avoid excessive adhesion. Let the sheet cool, preferably below 30 °C, and flex it gently to remove the part.
