220 × 220 mm Double-Sided Textured PEI Flexible Sheet
Flexible steel sheet with a textured PEI surface on both sides, designed for use on a compatible magnetic 3D-printer bed. The surface helps hold the first layer and parts can be removed by flexing the sheet after it cools.
- Nominal size: 220 × 220 mm.
- Base: flexible spring steel.
- Surface: textured PEI on both sides.
- Specified steel thickness: approximately 0.4 mm.
- Use: compatible magnetic beds.
Check the usable dimensions and magnetic system before installation. Similar size alone is not enough: the sheet must sit flat and clear the frame, sensors and toolhead.
Set the first layer carefully, keep the surface clean and let the sheet reach room temperature, preferably below 30 °C, before removing parts. Flex it gently; removing parts while hot can damage the surface.
