GT2 smooth 20T-size idler pulley with bearing for 10 mm belt, 3 mm bore

Smooth idler pulley with an integrated bearing, a nominal 20T-equivalent size and a 3 mm bore, designed to guide the back of a 10 mm GT2 belt.

It is suitable for tensioners, returns and guides where the smooth outside of the belt is the contact surface. The side flanges help keep the belt centred but cannot replace correct mechanical alignment.

Installation and adjustment

• Secure the assembly through the bearing inner race.
• Prevent washers or the bracket from pressing against the flanges.
• Check that the pulley rotates freely after tightening.
• Keep the belt parallel to the other pulleys and guides.
• Do not use excessive tension to compensate for misalignment.

Compatibility

It is compatible with the back of 10 mm GT2 belts, including our wear-resistant 10 mm GT2 belt and 10 mm POWGE GT2 belt.

It can only be used in an M3 assembly when the bracket accepts a 20T-size pulley and provides enough width for a 10 mm belt. Many RepRap or Prusa i3-derived mechanisms use 6 mm belts, so this wider version should not be treated as a direct replacement simply because the axle is M3.

If the toothed side of the belt must engage with the pulley, select a toothed version with the appropriate dimensions.
