LMK12LUU Long Square-Flange Linear Bearing for 12 mm Shaft

The LMK12LUU is a long linear ball bearing for calibrated 12 mm smooth shafts, fitted with a square four-hole mounting flange. It can be used in moving platforms, beds, carriages and automation mechanisms whose design matches its dimensions and mounting pattern.

Its nominal 57 mm length provides a longer guidance surface than a standard LM12UU. This extended length also requires careful alignment, particularly when several bearings are mounted on parallel shafts.

Installation

• Tighten the four mounting screws gradually in a cross pattern.
• Check the entire travel by hand.
• Do not use the motors to overcome misalignment or binding.
