Available Options
Standard zinc-plated steel flat washer designed to distribute the clamping load beneath a screw head or nut and reduce direct contact with the mounting surface.
Its geometry follows the dimensional references of DIN 125-1 form A and ISO 7089. It is a versatile choice for mechanical assemblies, structures, 3D printers, CNC machines and automation projects.
Main features
- Normal-series flat washer.
- Zinc-plated steel construction.
- Helps distribute the clamping pressure over a larger area.
- Reduces direct marking or damage to the mounted part.
- Available for M3, M4, M5, M6, M8 and M10 metric fasteners.
- Dimensionally compatible with metric screws and nuts of the selected size.
Nominal dimensions
The following measurements are nominal reference values for DIN 125 A / ISO 7089. Small manufacturing tolerances may apply.
| Associated thread | Inside diameter d1 | Outside diameter d2 | Thickness s |
|---|---|---|---|
| M3 | 3.2 mm | 7 mm | 0.5 mm |
| M4 | 4.3 mm | 9 mm | 0.8 mm |
| M5 | 5.3 mm | 10 mm | 1 mm |
| M6 | 6.4 mm | 12 mm | 1.6 mm |
| M8 | 8.4 mm | 16 mm | 1.6 mm |
| M10 | 10.5 mm | 20 mm | 2 mm |
Typical applications
- Profiles, brackets and mechanical structures.
- 3D printers and CNC machines.
- Electronics, robotics and automation.
- Painted, anodised or relatively soft mounting surfaces.
- Assemblies requiring improved load distribution beneath a screw head or nut.
This washer does not prevent loosening by itself. A properly selected locking method should be used for critical assemblies or joints exposed to vibration.
The hardness class of the supplied washer is not specified. For structural or highly preloaded joints, compatibility between the washer, screw, nut and supporting material must be checked.
It can be combined with our DIN 912 / ISO 4762 socket head screws and DIN 934 / ISO 4032 hex nuts, always selecting the same metric size.

For quantities prepared by weight, the stated number of pieces may vary by approximately ±5%.
