Cylindrical aluminium spacer designed to provide an accurate 3 mm separation in mechanical assemblies using M5 hardware. It can be used in V-Slot wheel carriages, 3D printers, CNC machines and other motion or structural assemblies.

Its 10 mm outer diameter provides a wide supporting surface, while the central bore accepts a nominal M5 screw or axle.

Compatibility

It is dimensionally compatible with M5 hardware and components whose mounting area accepts a 10 mm outer diameter. It can be used with our V-Slot wheels with 625ZZ bearings, provided that the plate and complete assembly require a 3 mm spacing.

This is a fixed spacer and cannot adjust wheel preload. A V-Slot eccentric spacer may be required where adjustment is needed.

Before replacing an existing spacer, check all three dimensions: inner diameter, outer diameter and thickness.
