5 × 8 × 10 mm aluminium V-Slot spacer for M5 screws

Cylindrical aluminium spacer designed to provide a fixed 10 mm separation in assemblies using M5 hardware. It is suitable for V-Slot carriages, 3D printers, CNC machines and other mechanisms where components must be accurately spaced or positioned.

Its 8 mm outer diameter facilitates installation in relatively narrow areas, while its 10 mm length provides a greater separation than common 3 or 6 mm spacers.

Compatibility

It is dimensionally compatible with M5 hardware and components capable of accepting an Ø8 mm body with a 10 mm length. It can be used with wheels featuring a nominal 5 mm axle, but complete compatibility depends on the plate, screw length and required spacing.

It can be combined with our V-Slot wheels with 625ZZ bearings in designs specifying these dimensions. It should not be used as a direct replacement for a spacer of a different length, even when the inner diameter is the same.
