5 × 8 × 6 mm aluminium V-Slot spacer for M5 screws

Cylindrical aluminium spacer for V-Slot mechanisms and mechanical assemblies using M5 hardware. It provides a fixed 6 mm separation between a wheel, bearing, plate, bracket or another component.

Its 8 mm outer diameter allows installation in areas with less available space than a 10 mm spacer, provided that the supporting surface is suitable.

Compatibility

Its nominal 6 mm length allows it to be used as a fixed spacer in certain carriages where another wheel is adjusted with a 6 mm V-Slot eccentric spacer. This combination is only suitable when it matches the geometry specified for the plate.

The 5 mm bore is suitable for M5 hardware and wheels with a nominal 5 mm axle, such as our Ø24 mm V-Slot wheels with 625ZZ bearings. The available outer clearance and required carriage spacing must also be checked.

This component maintains a fixed distance and cannot replace an eccentric spacer when wheel preload adjustment is required.
