M6x12 T-Bolt for 30 Series Aluminium Profile, 8 mm Slot

M6x12 T-bolt for fastening components to 30 series aluminium profiles with an 8 mm slot. The head is inserted directly through the open slot and turned approximately 90° to position it across the inside of the profile.

The M6 threaded section faces outwards, allowing brackets, plates, supports and other accessories to be secured with a compatible nut.

Compatibility

Compatible with HTA3D 30 series aluminium profiles, including the 3030 profile and 3060 profile, as well as HTA3D accessories belonging to the same profile family.

For profiles from other manufacturers, the nominal 8 mm slot width and internal channel geometry should be checked.

Choosing the correct length

The M6x12 version is intended for assemblies with limited component thickness. Check that sufficient thread remains available for the nut after accounting for the accessory and any washers.

The M6x16, M6x20 and M6x25 versions are also available.

Installation

• Insert the head through the open slot.
• Turn it approximately 90° until positioned across the channel.
• Place the accessory over the threaded section.
• Fit the corresponding nut or washer and tighten.
• Check that the head is seated correctly before final tightening.

Alternative mounting option

If a screw needs to be inserted from the outside of the accessory, the M6 sliding T-nut for 30 series profiles can be used.
