M6x25 T-Bolt for 30 Series Aluminium Profile, 8 mm Slot

M6x25 T-bolt for fastening components to 30 series aluminium profiles with an 8 mm slot. It can be inserted directly through the open slot and turned approximately 90° to position its head across the inside of the profile.

Its 25 mm length accommodates thicker accessories, plates or spacers, provided that the required length is checked before assembly.

Compatibility

Compatible with HTA3D 30 series aluminium profiles, including the 3030 profile and 3060 profile, as well as HTA3D accessories from the same profile family.

For profiles from other manufacturers, both the nominal 8 mm slot width and internal channel geometry should be checked.

Choosing the correct length

The M6x25 version is intended for assemblies requiring additional length. Account for the thickness of the accessory, any spacers or washers and the thread engagement required by the nut. Also check that the projecting end will not interfere with other components.

For more compact assemblies, the M6x12, M6x16 and M6x20 versions are available.

Installation

• Insert the bolt head through the slot.
• Turn it approximately 90° until positioned across the channel.
• Place the accessory over the M6 thread.
• Fit the corresponding nut or washer and tighten.
• Check that the head is seated correctly before final tightening.

Alternative mounting option

When it is more convenient to insert the screw from the outside of the accessory, use the M6 sliding T-nut for 30 series profiles.
