Compatible replacement silicone nozzle wiper for the Bambu Lab A1. This small part is fitted to the wiping support beside the heatbed and contacts the hotend tip during automatic print preparation, helping remove filament residue before bed levelling and the first layer.
This is a compatible alternative and not an original Bambu Lab spare part. Its format is intended for the Bambu Lab A1 and measures approximately 37 × 8 mm. It must not be confused with the shorter A1 Mini version.

When to replace it
The wiper is a wear part. Inspect it when residue remains on the nozzle tip during preparation, wiping becomes ineffective, or the silicone shows deformation, cracks, missing sections or visible wear. Filament left on the tip may interfere with bed levelling and first-layer consistency.
This part alone will not correct deposits caused by a leaking hotend, an incorrectly installed nozzle or hardened material elsewhere. If contamination quickly returns, inspect the hotend as well.
Bambu Lab A1 installation
- Switch off and unplug the printer, then wait until the nozzle and heatbed are cold.
- Gently pull one side of the worn wiper to separate it from the plastic support.
- Remove old adhesive and leave the mounting surface clean, dry and free from grease.
- Compare the new part with the removed wiper before peeling off its backing.
- Remove the adhesive protector, align the wiper and press it firmly for several seconds.
- With the printer still off, verify that it is seated correctly and does not interfere with heatbed travel.
- Power up the printer and perform bed levelling before returning to normal use.
Bambu Lab also recommends washing the PEI plate if it was handled or contaminated during maintenance. Do not clean or manipulate the wiper while the nozzle is hot.
A1 and A1 Mini use different parts
The A1 version is longer and uses adhesive attachment. A Bambu Lab A1 Mini requires the specific A1 Mini silicone nozzle wiper, approximately 28 × 5.7 mm, with a different installation procedure. The two versions should not be interchanged simply because they look similar.
No firmware changes are required. After installation, check the seating, run the recommended bed-levelling procedure and observe the automatic wiping cycle.
