Compatibility and installation
Dimensionally compatible with surfaces providing two fixing points spaced 90 mm centre to centre. Before drilling or replacing another handle, also check the hole diameter, available body clearance and strength of the supporting panel.
The Ø6.5 mm holes will normally accept M6 fasteners. Complete compatibility depends on screw type and length, head diameter, washers, nuts and panel thickness.
- Mark two points spaced 90 mm centre to centre.
- Check that nuts or fixing elements can be fitted behind the panel.
- Use washers where necessary to distribute the load.
- Tighten both sides gradually and evenly.
- Avoid deforming thin panels through excessive tightening.

Fastener selection
Fasteners must be selected according to the material and thickness of the supporting surface. Large-series washers or a reinforcement plate may be advisable on thin sheet metal, plastic or 3D-printed panels.
Before moving a structure, confirm that the handle, fasteners and supporting panel are secure and free from cracks, deformation or loose fixings.
Use limitations
No maximum load capacity is specified. The product must therefore not be treated as a certified lifting handle, anchoring point or safety component. Do not use it to support people, suspend loads or in applications where failure could cause damage.
