Description
Anodised aluminium structural profile with a 30 × 30 mm cross-section and a length of 1 metre. Its larger section supports the construction of rigid frames for 3D printers, CNC machines, engravers, tables and automation systems.
Four open sides allow brackets, plates, nuts and other components from the compatible 30 mm profile family to be installed.

Compatibility
Compatible with the 30-series nuts, brackets, plates, connectors and accessories sold by HTA3D. This correspondence is checked with each stock delivery.
Available accessories include 30 mm sliding nuts with M3, M4, M5 and M6 threads, the 3030 corner bracket and the 8 mm slot sealing strip.
These 30-series accessories are also compatible with our 3060 structural profile.
30 mm profiles are used in different CoreXY printers, CNC machines and structures based on architectures such as RatRig or Voron Switchwire. For a specific machine, the lengths, holes, threads and machining required by its documentation must also be checked.
Guaranteed compatibility applies to HTA3D 30-series profiles and accessories. Components from other manufacturers must be checked separately.
Machining and assembly
- Use suitable aluminium-cutting tools.
- Check that each cut is perpendicular to simplify frame squaring.
- Remove burrs before assembly.
- The centre bore is not necessarily supplied threaded.
- Select the joints and number of brackets according to the required stiffness.
- Do not assign a maximum load without calculating the complete structure, joints and profile orientation.
