2-Way Corner Connector for 20 Series Aluminium Profiles, 20 × 20 × 27 mm

Two-way corner connector designed to join two 20 series aluminium profiles at a 90° angle. Its compact shape creates the connection through the profile ends without requiring an external bracket over the slots.

The oval opening provides access to the inside of the connector for inserting and tightening the fasteners securing both profiles.

Compatibility

Compatible with HTA3D 20 series profiles, including the 2020 aluminium profile and, where the assembly geometry allows it, profiles from the same family such as the 2040 aluminium profile.

For profiles from other manufacturers, check the profile dimensions, central end bore and fastening system. A 2020 designation alone does not guarantee that the profile end is suitable for this connector.

Installation

The connector is positioned between the ends of two perpendicular profiles. Fasteners are inserted and tightened through the front access opening.

Depending on the profile and fasteners used, the central holes in the profile ends may require tapping or machining before assembly. Check this before installation and select the screws according to the available thread.
