Fresa 3D 104NT-4 Thermistor with 100 mm Cable and GH1.25 Connector

Compatibility

Replacement is possible when the sensor curve, mounting arrangement, GH1.25 connector and pin arrangement all match. Compatibility should not be assumed with every hotend or board using a visually similar connector.

Firmware configuration

• Marlin 2.1.x: type 5 with a 4.7 kΩ pull-up; Marlin must be compiled and installed.
• Klipper: sensor_type: ATC Semitec 104NT-4-R025H42G.
• RepRapFirmware 3: M308 with T100000 B4725 C7.06e-8 when the equivalent curve has been verified.

Do not use a Beta 3950 profile merely because this is a 100K thermistor. Nominal resistance at 25 °C does not define the complete temperature curve.

Verification

Verify the pinout, cold reading and temperature progression during a controlled heating test before operating the sensor at elevated temperatures.
