FYSETC spacer and screw kit for mounting a nine-point MK52 heated bed on its Y carriage. The spacers establish a consistent rigid distance between both components, replacing the springs used by many four-point adjustable beds.
The arrangement follows the traditional system used by the Original Prusa i3 MK3 and various machines and conversions based on MK52 heated-bed geometry.
Kit contents
- 9 × metal spacers.
- 9 × M3 countersunk screws.
- 1 × Allen key for the supplied screws.
Nominal spacer dimensions
- Height: 6mm.
- Outside diameter: 6mm.
- Inside diameter: 3mm, suitable for M3 screws.
Product photographs show approximately 5.9mm outside diameter and 2.9mm internal clearance, consistent with the stated nominal dimensions.


Compatibility
Designed for MK52 heated beds and Y carriages using a matching nine-hole mounting pattern. It may be used with an Original Prusa i3 MK3 and certain MK3S/MK3S+ revisions or derivative machines when this mounting geometry is retained.
The MK52 designation alone does not guarantee compatibility. Before installation, check:
- The exact position of all nine holes.
- That the heated bed accepts countersunk M3 screws.
- The carriage thickness and required thread engagement.
- The length of the supplied screws.
- Clearance around magnets, wiring, solder joints and rear-mounted components.
The kit may be used with a 24 V MK52-type magnetic heated bed when its complete mounting pattern matches the installed carriage.
Direct compatibility with MK3.5, MK3.9, MK4 or other generations using different heated beds, carriages or fasteners should not be assumed.
Recommended installation
- Place one spacer over every carriage mounting hole.
- Position the heated bed over all nine spacers without displacing the central pieces.
- Start every screw by a few turns before tightening any of them.
- Begin at the centre and tighten gradually in a cross pattern.
- Do not force the screws or tighten them until the heated bed becomes distorted.
After installation, check Y-axis movement, cable routing, available Z height and first-layer calibration.
