KFL000 Zinc Alloy Two-Bolt Flange Bearing for 10 mm Shaft

Description

The KFL000 is an oval two-bolt flange bearing unit for 10 mm shafts. Its zinc alloy housing can be mounted on a plate, frame or machine side panel to support a rotating shaft.

The bearing is locked to the shaft with grub screws. Its insert can accommodate a small amount of angular adjustment inside the housing, helping with alignment during assembly. This does not replace a correctly machined and aligned structure.

Compatibility

Dimensionally compatible with 10 mm shafts. For a direct replacement, mounting-hole spacing, shaft height, housing depth and available clearance around the flange must also match.

The listed dimensions correspond to the nominal KFL000 geometry. Small manufacturing differences or tolerances may exist in generic units, so measuring the original component is recommended when an exact replacement is required.

Installation recommendations

• Initially install the bearing units without fully tightening them.
• Align the shaft without forcing it before the final flange tightening.
• Tighten the grub screws progressively.
• Manually check that the shaft rotates freely before operating the mechanism.
