KFL001 Zinc Alloy Two-Bolt Flange Bearing for 12 mm Shaft

Description

The KFL001 is an oval two-bolt flange bearing unit for 12 mm shafts. Its zinc alloy housing allows the assembly to be mounted on a plate, frame or machine side panel.

The bearing is secured to the shaft with grub screws. Its insert allows a small amount of angular adjustment inside the housing to assist with alignment, but it cannot compensate for a distorted structure or incorrectly positioned supports.

Compatibility

Dimensionally compatible with 12 mm shafts. Bore diameter alone does not guarantee a direct replacement: mounting-hole spacing, shaft height, housing depth and available clearance must also be checked.

The listed dimensions correspond to the nominal KFL001 geometry. Generic units may have small manufacturing differences or tolerances, so measuring the original support is recommended when exact interchangeability is required.

Installation recommendations

• Position the bearing units and shaft before final tightening.
• Do not force the shaft through misaligned units.
• Tighten the flange fasteners and grub screws progressively.
• Manually check that the shaft rotates without binding before operating the system.
