Stealth Max
A set of printed parts for building an original Nevermore StealthMax 300, a recirculating filtration system intended for enclosed 3D printers. This is the larger regular version, designed around an approximately 2-litre media basket, two Xiaomi Mijia G1-compatible HEPA filters and the Delta fan specified by the project.
The parts are printed to order in PLA 3D850 using the selected main and accent colours. Choose either BPM back-panel mounting or DOPM direct-on-panel mounting.

The stated minimum bed area is the area required to manufacture the official parts; it does not prove that the filter will install directly on every printer with that bed size. For the compact version, see the Nevermore StealthMax S 250 printed-parts set.
Printed-part set

- BPM or DOPM mounting parts, according to the selected option.
The set is prepared from the original StealthMax files. It must not be confused with StealthMax V2, which is a different project generation whose parts must not be assumed to be interchangeable.
Choosing the mount
- BPM — Back Panel Mount: intended particularly for Voron 2 and Voron Trident printers, using the rear-panel cut-out and upper 2020 extrusion. Check the printer revision, panel geometry, cut-out, thickness and available clearance.
- DOPM — Direct On Panel Mount: attaches the filter directly to a panel and supports adaptations to other enclosed printers. Panel machining and changes to fasteners, wiring or location may be required.
Parts required to complete the filter
- 12 V Delta BFB0712HF fan, the model specified for the StealthMax 300.
- Two Xiaomi Mijia G1-compatible HEPA filters.
- Up to approximately 2 litres of suitable activated carbon or filtration media.
- Fasteners, inserts, seals and mounting hardware required by the chosen project revision.
- A 12 V supply and a suitable output or controller for the fan.
- Optionally, a Nevermore Controller and sensors for a smart installation.
Not every activated carbon product is suitable for a printer; some media may contain substances that encourage corrosion. Use media specifically recommended for this environment, avoid generating dust during handling and replace it according to its instructions.
Recirculating filtration
The design repeatedly circulates enclosure air through activated carbon and HEPA filters. Carbon helps adsorb certain volatile organic compounds and odours, while HEPA media captures particles and carbon dust.
Actual performance depends on the printed material, filtration media, media condition, airflow, enclosure leakage and maintenance. This system does not guarantee removal of every contaminant and does not replace suitable ventilation, risk assessment or the safety measures required for each material.
Before ordering
- Confirm that you require the regular 300 version rather than the S 250 or StealthMax V2.
- Select BPM only when the panel and frame match the intended mounting arrangement.
- For DOPM, check dimensions, panel thickness, hole positions and service clearance.
- Confirm that the 12 V fan can be powered and controlled safely.
