Stealthburner Beta Extruder
A configurable ABS printed-parts kit for building, maintaining or repairing a Voron Trident based on the original 2021 release. HTA3D manufactures the parts to order, with a black main colour and a selectable accent colour. The common set contains 48 gantry, X-axis and Z-assembly parts; a Direct or Bowden configuration must be added, while skirts, exhaust filter, panel mounts, electronics mounts, spool parts and tools are optional.
Revision identification: this product corresponds to the first full Voron Trident release published in August 2021. It is not Trident r1 or r2. It remains suitable for a machine built from those files, a compatible repair or certain Voron 1.8 conversion projects, but parts from different revisions must not be mixed based only on appearance.
What you are buying
This product supplies ABS printed parts, not a complete printer. Extrusions, panels, linear rails, bearings, belts, pulleys, fasteners, motors, electronics, wiring, fans, hotend, extruder, probe and Bowden tube are excluded unless an option explicitly states otherwise. Selecting a hotend or controller adds only the matching printed mounting geometry.

Confirmed probe mounts: both the standard and 9 mm versions are included. Select the one matching your sensor and assembly files; the two parts do not form a double mount.
Required extrusion and hotend configuration
You must choose Direct or Bowden and the hotend geometry. The selection adds printed parts but does not include the hotend, extruder, motor, fittings, fans, probe or electronics.

The original release uses the Afterburner/Clockwork generation shown in the photographs. It must not be confused with Stealthburner or a later modified toolhead. Even when two hotends are described as V6- or Dragon-compatible, check the exact geometry, nozzle height and required front/rear parts.

Controller-mount options can relate the kit to boards such as the BIGTREETECH Octopus V1.1 or FYSETC Spider V3.0. Always check the mounting pattern of the physical board revision you intend to use.
Manufacturing parameters
The ABS parts are made using the official Voron guidance for this release as a reference: 0.2 mm layer height, forced 0.4 mm extrusion width, 40% infill, 4 walls and 5 solid top and bottom layers. Recommended patterns include grid, gyroid, honeycomb, triangle and cubic. The geometry is intended to print without supports when correctly oriented.
Compatibility and revision selection
- Compatible with builds based on the original 2021 Voron Trident release, provided its matching carriage, gantry, Z system, chain and toolhead are retained.
- Trident r1 changed important functional parts, including A/B drives, idlers, XY joints, X carriage, Z bed parts and panel components. For that revision, see the Voron Trident r1 printed-parts kit.
- Trident r2 adds further changes and must not be assumed to fit this set.
- The 250/300/350 size determines the skirts and many excluded components such as extrusions, panels, belts and wiring.
- Hall/microswitch, 2/3-hole chain, probe-mount and Bowden-adaptor alternatives are supplied so the required version can be selected; check the manual before installation.
- A community modification, different probe, CAN board or modern toolhead may require new parts. Compare STL files, mounting, travel and possible collisions.
- The configured BOM, manual and exact file revision take priority over any generic list.
