Stealthburner Beta Extruder
A configurable ABS printed-parts kit for building, repairing or completing a Voron 2.4 r1. HTA3D manufactures the parts to order, with a black main colour and a selectable accent colour. The 93-piece base set covers the gantry, X carriage, direct-drive Afterburner/Clockwork extruder, four Z reductions, idlers and Z endstop; skirts, printed ZipChain, panel parts and electronics mounts are selectable extras.
This product corresponds to the historical Voron 2.4 r1 release, official tag V2.4r1. It must not be assumed to fit the original V2.4, Voron 2.4 r2, current Stealthburner, Trident or community modifications. Confirm your revision, size, hotend and BOM before ordering.
What you are buying
This product supplies printed parts, not a complete printer. Extrusions, panels, linear rails, bearings, belts, pulleys, shafts, fasteners, motors, electronics, wiring, hotend, fans, probe and display are excluded unless an option explicitly states otherwise. Selecting V6, Dragon, Mosquito or a controller adds its printed mounting parts only; it does not add the metal or electronic component.

The Hall/microswitch pods, Generic/Igus anchors, Hall Z Joint and 6/9 mm Z tensioners are alternatives for different configurations. The r1 manual depicts the Z system with 9 mm belt. The included Stopgap 80T part belongs to this historical configuration and must not be treated as a universal substitute for any commercial 80T pulley.
Direct drive and hotend selection
The base set includes the Voron 2.4 r1 Afterburner/Clockwork direct extruder. The selector provides the Printhead Front/Rear pair for V6, Dragon or Mosquito. There is no active Bowden option for this product.
Check the physical hotend before choosing. A similar appearance or V6-family name does not guarantee the same geometry, nozzle height, cooling or mounting. The selection adds printed mounting parts only; the hotend, extruder, motor, fans, probe and wiring are not included.

Electronics mounts
The selector provides printed mounts for Duet/Duex, RAMPS, Raspberry Pi, SKR 1.3/1.4, SKR Mini E3, Spider and Octopus. Some are HTA3D commercial extras introduced after the r1 release. A physically compatible mount does not validate wiring, power, firmware or pinout.
The Duet/Duex option adds 2 parts; RAMPS, 2; Raspberry Pi, 1; SKR 1.3/1.4, 2; SKR Mini E3, 2; Spider, 1; and Octopus, 2. If you choose a mount for the BIGTREETECH Octopus V1.1 or FYSETC Spider V3.0, first confirm the physical board revision, mounting holes and available space.
Manufacturing parameters
The ABS parts are made using the official guidance for this release as a reference: 0.2 mm layer height, forced 0.4 mm extrusion width, 40% infill, 4 walls and 5 solid top and bottom layers. Suitable patterns include Grid, Gyroid, Honeycomb, Triangle and Cubic, with an orientation intended to print without supports.
As with any functional printed assembly, light deburring or fitting may be needed so bearings, inserts and fasteners seat correctly. Assembly must follow the manual and BOM for the selected release.
Compatibility and revision
- Compatible with builds based on the official V2.4r1 tag that retain its corresponding gantry, carriage, extruder, Z drives and mounting geometry.
- This is not an automatic update for Voron 2.4 r2. If your project is based on R2, use the Voron 2.4 R2 printed-parts kit.
- Skirts and ZipChain must match the 250, 300 or 350 size. Extrusions, panels, belts and wiring also vary with size but are not part of this product.
- Select V6, Dragon or Mosquito according to the actual hotend. Do not choose from appearance alone.
- Hall/microswitch, Generic/Igus and 6/9 mm tensioners are alternatives; follow the documentation and installed hardware.
- Stealthburner, different probes, CAN toolboards and community mods may require different STL files and checks for mounting, cable travel and collisions.
- The release, configured BOM and exact files take priority over any generic compatibility statement.

Assembly and safety
- Read the complete manual and verify every component against your machine's BOM.
- Mains wiring must be performed by a competent person. The power supply, frame and bed must be earthed and protected according to the design and applicable regulations.
- Never connect mains voltage to an SSR's low-voltage control side. Check continuity, polarity and wiring with a multimeter before powering the machine.
- Set the Z-endstop pin for the actual bed and build surface height, preventing heat transfer into its printed mount.
- Before the first movement, check endstops, motor direction, thermistors, heaters, fans and Klipper configuration.
