Stealthburner Beta Extruder
A configurable ABS printed-parts kit for building, maintaining or repairing a Voron Trident r1 based on the official May 2022 VTr1 release. HTA3D manufactures the parts to order, with a black main colour and selectable accent colour. The common set contains 53 gantry, X-carriage and Z-assembly parts; a Direct or Bowden configuration must be added, while skirts, panels, exhaust filter, electronics mounts, spool parts and tools are optional.
Revision identification: this product corresponds to VTr1-20220519. It includes physical changes over the first 2021 Voron Trident and predates Trident r2. Parts from these three revisions must not be mixed based only on similar appearance.
What you are buying
This product supplies ABS printed parts, not a complete printer. Extrusions, panels, linear rails, bearings, belts, pulleys, fasteners, motors, electronics, wiring, fans, hotend, extruder, probe and Bowden tube are excluded unless an option explicitly states otherwise. Selecting a hotend or controller adds the matching printed mounting geometry, not the component itself.

Cable-chain selection: the r1 manual generally distinguishes a three-hole generic chain from a two-hole Igus chain. Check your chain's physical pattern and use only the matching bridges, carriages and anchors. The three added Chain Wire Anchor parts are intended for the three-hole generic-chain arrangement; a chain with integrated strain relief may not use them.
Required extrusion and hotend configuration
You must choose Direct or Bowden and one hotend geometry. The selection adds printed parts but does not include the hotend, extruder, motor, fittings, fans, probe, PCB or electronics.

The standard and PCB motor plates are alternative mounting paths. Likewise, the single and dual Bowden fronts and their adapters allow the appropriate setup to be selected; they do not form one simultaneous assembly. Check the PTFE section, nozzle height and exact geometry of the selected hotend.

Mounting options can organise boards such as the BIGTREETECH Octopus V1.1 or FYSETC Spider V3.0. Always check the physical revision, mounting holes and available space before selecting a mount.
Manufacturing parameters
The ABS parts are made using the official guidance for this release as a reference: 0.2 mm layer height, forced 0.4 mm extrusion width, 40% infill, 4 walls and 5 solid top and bottom layers. Recommended patterns include grid, gyroid, honeycomb, triangle and cubic. The intended orientation allows the parts to be printed without supports.
Compatibility and revision selection
- Compatible with builds based on Voron Trident r1 VTr1-20220519, retaining the corresponding gantry, MGN12 carriage, Z system, cable chain and toolhead.
- The original 2021 Voron Trident uses earlier functional parts and has its own kit.
- Trident r2 changes the A/B drives, idlers, XY joints, X carriage, toolhead, Z parts, skirts and other mounts again. For that revision, see the Voron Trident r2 kit or request a custom set.
- The 250/300/350 size determines the skirts and many excluded parts such as extrusions, panels, belts and wiring.
- Hall/D2F, 2/3-hole chain, probe mounts, toolhead plates and Bowden adapters are alternatives; follow your machine's manual and BOM.
- A later toolhead, probe, CAN board or community modification may require different STL files. Compare mounting, travel and possible collisions.
- The revision, configured BOM and exact files take priority over generic compatibility claims.
