Stealth Max
A set of printed parts for building an original Nevermore StealthMax S 250, the compact version of the StealthMax recirculating filtration system. Its main components can be manufactured on a 250 × 250 mm bed, while retaining activated-carbon and HEPA filtration in an assembly approximately 20% smaller than the regular version.
The parts are printed to order in PLA 3D850 using the selected main and accent colours. Choose either BPM back-panel mounting or DOPM direct-on-panel mounting.

The BFB0712HF is not the official fan for this S version. The design uses the Delta KFB0612HAFDB, so the two fans must not be interchanged merely because they look similar or both use a 12 V supply. For greater capacity, see the StealthMax 300 printed-parts set.

The set is for the original-project StealthMax S, not StealthMax V2. Cross-generation compatibility and compatibility with community modifications using different files are not guaranteed.
BPM or DOPM mounting
- BPM — Back Panel Mount: intended mainly for Voron 2 and Voron Trident printers, using the rear panel and upper 2020 extrusion. The printer name alone does not remove the need to check revision, cut-out, thickness and clearance.
- DOPM — Direct On Panel Mount: fixes the filter directly to a panel and allows adaptation to other enclosed printers. Hole positions and cable routing normally need to be checked or prepared.
The S-version documentation shows a 200 mm panel reference at 3 mm thickness. Treat this as a design reference rather than a universal drilling template: always compare the chosen mounting files before machining the printer panel.
Parts required to complete the filter
- 60 mm, 12 V Delta KFB0612HAFDB fan.
- Nevermore Mini HEPA filters.
- Up to approximately 1.4 litres of suitable activated carbon or filtration media.
- Fasteners, inserts, seals and mounting parts for the chosen revision.
- A 12 V supply and a suitable output or controller for the fan.
- Optionally, a Nevermore Controller and compatible sensors.
Use activated carbon or filtration media specifically suitable for 3D-printer environments. Some unsuitable carbon products may contain contaminants that encourage corrosion. Avoid generating dust while filling the basket and follow the media handling and replacement instructions.
Filtration scope
Enclosure air recirculates through the adsorbent media and HEPA filters. The system can help reduce certain volatile organic compounds, odours, particles and carbon dust, but performance depends on airflow, material, filter condition, leakage and maintenance.
It must not be treated as a guarantee of contaminant-free air or as a replacement for ventilation, a suitable enclosure, supervision and preventive measures appropriate to the printed material.
Before ordering
- Confirm that you need the StealthMax S 250 rather than the StealthMax 300 or StealthMax V2.
- Check the S-specific fan, HEPA filters and bill of materials.
- Verify the mount and panel before drilling or cutting.
- Confirm that the electrical installation can safely power and control the 12 V fan.
- Contact us before ordering if a different file set or modification is required.
