Stealthburner Beta Extruder
ABS printed parts kit for building a Voron V0.1, manufactured by HTA3D after the order is placed. The base set contains the structural printed parts for this revision, while selectable options cover the hotend assembly, panel mounting, printed tools and top hat.
This product is specifically for Voron V0.1. It must not be confused with the Voron V0.2 kit or assumed to fit V0.2r1. Voron Design changed a large proportion of the printed parts between revisions.
What you are buying
This product supplies printed parts, not a complete printer. Extrusions, rails, bearings, belts, pulleys, fasteners, panels, motors, electronics, wiring, hotend and extruder are excluded unless an option explicitly states otherwise. Hotend options add the corresponding printed mounting parts; they do not include the metal hotend.

Hotend and extrusion options
Select the set that matches the actual hotend and extrusion system in your build. Do not select solely by visual similarity.
- Direct drive: Dragon, Mosquito or Dragonfly BMO, with the relevant Mini Afterburner and cowling parts.
- Bowden: Dragon, Mosquito or V6, with the corresponding body and duct parts.
Heater cartridges, sensors, fans, gears, motor and hotend are not part of these options unless explicitly stated by the commercial selector.
Panels, tools and top section
- Panel mounting: handle, latch, hinge, corner and clip set for the selected 2, 2.5 or 3 mm panel thickness. Panels are not included.
- Printed tools: BMG Shaft Mod Spacer, T-Nut Mod Tool and V0 Extrusion Drilling Guide.
- Printed top hat: main sections plus lower, upper and intermediate clips for the V0.1 solution.
Manufacturing parameters
The ABS parts are produced with the official Voron guidance as a reference: 0.2 mm layer height, 0.4 mm forced extrusion width, 40% infill, 4 walls, 5 top and bottom layers and no supports. Final quality also depends on each part's geometry, orientation and calibration.
Compatibility checks before ordering
- Confirm that your documentation and BOM are for V0.1.
- Check the hotend, direct or Bowden extrusion, panel thickness and top-hat type.
- Do not assume that standard parts fit mods, altered files or a later revision.
- The BOM for your exact configuration and the precise STL version take priority over a generic list.

Custom kits
If you need a different combination, a V0.2r1 set, a particular mod or parts made from your own files, contact info@hta3d.com. Include the exact revision, STL links or commit, hotend, extruder, electronics, panels, top hat and colours. We will review the configuration before quoting it to avoid mixing incompatible parts.
This is for you if
- You are building or repairing a documented Voron V0.1.
- You want ABS parts with a selectable accent colour.
- You want to configure the hotend parts, panels and top hat from one product.
This is not for you if
- Your machine is V0.2 or V0.2r1 and you have not checked every file.
- You need a full mechanical and electronics kit.
- You require a fixed delivery date without first checking the production queue.
