A configurable ABS printed-parts kit for building or repairing a Voron 2.4 R2. HTA3D manufactures the parts after the order is placed, with a black main colour and a selectable accent colour. The base set covers the main printed parts for the gantry, X axis, Z drives and idlers and Z endstop; skirts, panel mounts, exhaust filter, electronics mounts, spool parts and tools are selectable extras.

This product is specifically for Voron 2.4 R2. It must not be assumed to fit Voron 2.4 R1, Trident or community modifications. Confirm the revision, size, X rail, toolhead and BOM before ordering.

What you are buying

This product supplies printed parts, not a complete printer. Extrusions, panels, linear rails, bearings, belts, pulleys, shafts, fasteners, motors, electronics, wiring, hotend, extruder, fans and probe are excluded unless an option explicitly states otherwise. Selecting a hotend or controller adds its printed mounting geometry; it does not add the metal or electronic component.

Extrusion and hotend

The selector offers direct-drive or Bowden extrusion and parts for V6, Dragon, Dragonfly BMS, Dragonfly BMO, Mosquito or Revo Micro. These are the printed geometries offered with this product and must match the actual hotend, extruder, fans, probe and carriage.

Current official documentation keeps Stealthburner in a separate repository. These legacy options must therefore not be confused with a final Stealthburner set. For a new build based on current files, send us the exact revision or toolhead link and we can prepare a custom set.

When selecting a mount for the BIGTREETECH Octopus V1.1 or FYSETC Spider V3.0, confirm the physical board revision. A similarly named family may use different holes, connectors or clearance.

Manufacturing parameters

The ABS parts are produced using the official Voron guidance as a reference: 0.2 mm layer height, 0.4 mm forced extrusion width, 40% infill, 4 walls, 5 top and bottom layers and no supports. These settings are intended to preserve strength, accuracy and thermal behaviour in an enclosed printer.

Compatibility checks before ordering

  • Confirm that your documentation and BOM are for Voron 2.4 R2.
  • For a current build, verify the MGN12 X carriage and current files; do not select a legacy MGN9 part by appearance.
  • Skirts must match the 250, 300 or 350 size. Size also changes extrusions, panels, belts and wiring, which are not part of this product.
  • Check the exact hotend and extrusion system. V6, Dragon, Dragonfly BMS/BMO, Mosquito and Revo Micro do not necessarily share the same front, rear or nozzle height.
  • Do not assume that a mod, Klicky, CAN toolboard, different probe or different toolhead fits without comparing STL files, mounting, cable path and possible collisions.
  • Your machine's configured BOM and exact file version take priority over a general list.

Custom kits

If you need final Stealthburner parts, a particular mod, another probe, CAN mounts or a different combination, contact info@hta3d.com. Include machine size, revision, STL link or commit, hotend, extruder, carriage/rail, probe, electronics, panels and colours. We will review the scope before quoting to avoid mixing incompatible parts.

This is for you if

  • You are building or repairing a documented Voron 2.4 R2.
  • You want functional ABS parts with a selectable accent colour.
  • You can confirm size, toolhead, hotend and extras before ordering.

This is not for you if

  • You need a complete printer or a kit containing the mechanical and electronic hardware.
  • Your machine is R1, Trident or uses mods that you have not compared with the standard files.
  • You automatically need the latest final Stealthburner but intend to select a legacy toolhead option.
  • You need a fixed delivery date without first checking the production queue.
