- Stock: 10
- Model: Eco Turbo Fan Pipe
The BIQU Eco Turbo Fan Pipe is the flexible duct designed to carry air from the Eco Turbo Kit V1.0 to the part-cooling system installed on the toolhead. It allows the blower to remain off the carriage so that its weight does not move with the printer axes.
Its nominal 1.8 m length provides routing flexibility in printers of different sizes. The corrugated body features helical reinforcement that retains flexibility while reducing the hose's tendency to kink or restrict airflow during movement.
Main features
- Product: BIQU Eco Turbo Fan Pipe air duct.
- Nominal length: 1.8 m.
- Nominal end inside diameter: 20 mm.
- Construction: flexible corrugated hose with anti-kink helical reinforcement.
- Ends: moulded terminations for a stable connection.
- Direct compatibility: BIQU Eco Turbo Kit V1.0 outlet.
- Contents: 1 hose. The blower, controller and printed parts are sold separately.
Toolhead compatibility
The connection to the Eco Turbo Kit is intended by the manufacturer, but the toolhead end depends on the duct, adapter or printed part used on each machine. Before installation, check that the selected design accepts an end with a 20 mm inside diameter and provides enough room for the hose's complete travel.
It can be used in remote part-cooling projects for Voron 2.4, Voron Trident, Stealthburner and other printers when the appropriate printed parts and routing are provided. It must not be interpreted as a universal or direct connection to every toolhead merely because the system uses CPAP-style cooling.
Installation advice
- Lay out the hose with the toolhead at every axis limit before securing or cutting it.
- Use a generous bend and leave enough movement allowance without loops that could catch on the frame.
- Support the route from the stationary part of the printer so that the hose's weight or tension does not pull on the toolhead.
- Do not crush the duct with cable ties, and keep it away from hot surfaces, sharp edges and moving components.
- Move the toolhead throughout the complete build volume and verify that the hose does not kink, disconnect or restrict travel.
It is for you if...
- You need the separately sold hose to complete an Eco Turbo Kit V1.0.
- You want to carry part-cooling air from a remote blower to a duct installed on the toolhead.
- Your design accepts 20 mm inside-diameter ends and has room to route a 1.8 m flexible hose.
It is not for you if...
- You need the complete assembly with blower, controller and wiring.
- Your toolhead duct uses a different size and you do not have a validated adapter.
- The proposed route requires crushing the hose, using very tight bends or restricting printer movement.
