Flexible PVC slot cover strip for aluminium profiles with a 6 mm slot. Also known as a sealing strip or flat seal, it is pressed into unused slots to provide a cleaner finish and limit the direct accumulation of dust and debris.
This version is dimensioned for HTA3D 20 series profiles, including 2020 and 2040 formats. Each unit contains one metre of black strip.

Compatibility
Compatible with the 2020 structural aluminium profile and the 2040 structural aluminium profile available from HTA3D.
It may also fit other profiles with a nominal 6 mm slot when their internal geometry is equivalent. The profile's external dimensions alone do not guarantee compatibility, so the slot width and shape must be checked when using profiles from other manufacturers.
For profiles with 8 mm slots, use the PVC slot cover strip for Slot 8.
Installed appearance
The strip is retained inside the slot and leaves a slightly curved outer surface visible.
Installation
Clean the slot and check that there are no nuts, bolts or other accessories in the section to be covered. Insert one end of the strip and progressively press it into the slot along the profile.
Cut away the excess with a suitable tool without excessively stretching the PVC during installation. Leave the required sections uncovered where nuts, plates or other accessories will be installed.

Limitations
This product is a slot cover and finishing element. It does not make the structure watertight, does not provide an IP rating and must not be used as certified electrical or thermal insulation.
One unit corresponds to one metre. If several metres are required as a single continuous piece, confirm the supplied format before ordering.
